Murphy was a gift to me from a good friend, John Stranahan, aka jasballs on many ball python related forums. Murphy was an exciting addition to the Nest because Mojaves were one of my first favorite mutations (also referred to as morphs). As a co-dominate animal, when you breed two mojaves together, you can make a "super mojave", also known as a blue eyed luecistic. While not the whitest of the blue eyed lucy's, super mojaves are beautiful animals in their own right, with a subtle purple head when first hatched.

Murphy is breeding this year and we have four eggs in the incubator. I'm hoping that we hatch a few "Murphette's" out this year!
